Answer
1) What is a Affiliate Program?
A merchant pays a commission to an affiliate for generating sales from a graphic or text link located on the affiliate's site.

3) How much can I earn from the affiliate program?
You are paid commissions when people purchase through your affiliate links. Commissions ranges from 50% to 100% of the product price.

4) Can I use one affiliate account in AffiliateProfitCentral for all of my affiliate links?
Yes. You can promote any number of products with your one affiliate account in AffiliateProfitCentral.

5) When I earn a commission, how soon will it be reflected in my account?
Any commissions you earn will be posted in your stats within two minutes of a successful purchase.

6) How will I be paid the commissions I earn?
Commission will be paid by paypal. On request, commission can be paid by 2checkout. If you need to be paid by cheque, please contact us at http://www.justinhelpdesk.com

7) Is there a minimum commission payout?
There is no minimum commission payout if payment is made through paypal or 2checkout. For cheque, commission can only be paid when your commission account balance reaches $50 USD.

8) When and how often do I get paid?
There is a 30 day delay on all commission earned. So on March 1st, we pay commissions that were earned during the month of January, April 1st you will receive your commissions for February.

9) What if someone clicks on my affiliate link, but doesn't order today,
but they come back another day and buy directly from the sale page? Will I still get paid?
Yes. You will still be paid. Affiliate cookies are set for 10 years; which means that if the person made a purchase within 10 years after clicking on your affiliate link, the commission will still be credited to your account.

10) If someone buys one product from my affiliate link, then purchases another product a month later, will I get paid for that sale as well?
Yes, the "cookies" are set to last for 10 years - so if someone clicks on your link, then purchases ANY of our products in the next 10 years, you will get paid commissions for those sales.

11) Can I purchase products through my own affiliate link?
No. This is not allowed.

12) Will the affiliate be notified if there is a refund on the product?
No. We will deduct the refund accordingly from the commission.

13) How to setup a tracking campaign and check the stats and clicks for
the product that you are promoting?
After logging in,
a) go to 'Promote' -> 'Campaigns'
b) click on the 'Add New' button
c) fill in the 'Title' field, put a check at the 'Enable' checkbox, click 'Save' button
d) go to 'Promote' -> 'Links'
e) select the product to promote. Select the campaign name from the campaign combo box and then click 'View' under the 'Promotion' field to get your affiliate link.
f) Promote your affiliate link
e) go to 'Promote' -> 'Campaigns' to view your stats and clicks.

14) How do I view my total commission?
After logging in, click on 'Promote-> commissions'
